Location:  Ramada Inn, Topeka, Kansas

The KSJOA Board meeting was called to order by President Aaron Calloway.  Members present were as follows; Pat Firebaugh, Brandi Unruh, Becky Dyer, Bobby Wilson, Darren Konrade, Aaron Calloway, Bryan Burks, Ken Winters, Mary Zimmerman and Jerry Tenbrink.

*Pat Firebaugh requested an executive session for 10 minutes

*Bryan 2^nd motion

*Executive session started at 1621hrs

*Executive session ended at 1631hrs

*Back into regular session

*Bobby Wilson made a motion to have the 2010 KSJOA Conference in Topeka at the Ramada Inn.

*Ken 2^nd motion

*Bobby made a motion to have the 2011 conference moved to Wichita.

*Becky 2^nd motion

*Discussion by Ken Winters to amend the motion to say south central location instead of pinning it down specifically to Wichita

*Bobby amended his motion to say to a south central location

*Ken 2^nd amended motion

*No further discussion

*All in favor and motion carried

*Bobby made a motion to adjourn the meeting
